Currently We Are Looking For

  • Social Media / Copywriting Intern

    Looking to bring on-board an intern with intermediate knowledge and understanding of marketing, digital content writing, including social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. We manage various social media channels for clients and are seeking an individual with strong creative thinking skills who are excited to learn in our organization while contributing skills such as:

    • Online outreach and promotion
    • Social Media optimization
    • Promote Upcoming key events
    • Content Creation
    • Assist in expanding social media footprint and following
    • Competent in research data and analysis

    *Attention to detail is paramount.

  • Video Producer and Editor

    As a videographer and video editor, you will:

    • Direct and provide video for publications, web sites, advertising, promotional media and internal projects.
    • Coordinate pre-production and production planning activities.
    • Conduct field-based video production.
    • Plan and perform post-video production tasks including reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, audio adjustments, color correction and finalize edits.
    • Participate as a member of cross-functional and cross-departmental teams to add creative thinking to support positioning and strategic objectives.

    We need you to have:

    • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Photoshop/Lightroom and other Adobe Creative Suite software.
    • Problem-solving ability and ability to recognize and implement process improvements.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Photography experience is strongly desired.
    • Integrity, team spirit, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Graphic Designer

    Seeking an in-house graphic designer, designer to create content, including without limitation: flyers, billboards, social media gifs/videos, logos, banner ads, email newsletters, etc. This is a part-time position but we will offer a full-time position based on the outcome of our working relationship. Please submit your resume with links to your work or samples of your work (we will not consider any candidates who don't present samples of their work). Please include updated phone number & email address, website (if applicable), and your professional social media handles.

    Job Duties:

    • Draft mockups of website designs, brochures, iconography, and any other marketing materials required
    • Collaborate with marketing teams and management to discuss which mockups are effective, and use their feedback to develop final drafts
    • Work on multiple projects at once, and consistently meet draft deadlines
    • Other duties as requested
    • Revise the work of previous designers to create a unified aesthetic for brand materials

    Schedule: Day shift / No weekends/ Monday to Friday

  • Copywriter

    Job Overview:

    Develop engaging, strategic and on-brand copy for corporate marketing, sales and online initiatives. Including but not limited to, video marketing scripts, blog and website copy and content curation.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Develop copy for key Marketing initiatives across multiple sales channels and internal teams
    • Act as both a copywriter and proofreader. Attention to detail is paramount.
    • Immerse yourself in the client’s brand and write to their tone/voice when responding to client RFP’s
    • Ability to write RFP responses, executive summary reports and business proposals
    • Manage content and tone/voice for corporate blogs and social media channels
    • Create engaging headlines and body copy for eComms, flyers and presentations
    • Effectively communicate with the Project Managers and Marketing Managers to ensure copy is on-target and on-brand
    • Research trend, product, design and technology insights and adapt them to be communicated effectively for our industry


    • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or business field preferred.
    • 2-4 years previous experience writing for either business or industry publications, web writing, technical writing or advertising agency clients.
    • 1-2 years proofing and editing copy and providing constructive feedback to other writers and coworkers inside and outside the department
    • Familiarity with all the latest design and communication trends, the ability to monitor these trends to ensure continuous improvement and sharing new knowledge with others
    • Proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Self-starter with good organizational skills and ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously.
    • Flexibility and teamwork is essential.

    Professional Knowledge/Experience:

    • Demonstrated knowledge of grammar, writing and editing skills
    • Ability to independently prioritize and tackle multiple projects on a daily basis
    • Experience with both creative and corporate writing styles
    • Ability to learn new systems, applications or skills on the job

    Other Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and writing skills with prior online writing experience
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Excellent self-discipline
    • Collaborative and positive attitude with an outgoing nature
