Yes, absolutely. During our monthly strategy call, we discuss the focus area for the following month, and put together the list of tasks accordingly, and enter them in the portal for you, so you don’t have to worry about it.

On average, a website takes around a month and a half, but that includes the photography and development of content and branding.

From there on it’s very easy for us to simultaneously work on your sales collateral, presentations, videos, and other things you may need. If you’d like to share your goals with us we can provide you with an estimate of how long it would take us to accomplish them.

In certain plans we offer roll-over for up to one month. In cases you don’t use all hours you can roll them over to the next month for up to one month.

Based on your hour usage, you can always change your plan to fit your needs. Aside from hours, each plan comes with lots of value through live dashboards, lead management software, and priority customer support. Many clients select CODESM for both the capability of having a marketing team on standby and the tools provided.

The great thing about our service is its scalability. We can always scale to meet your needs. If you have a month that you need additional hours for a big project, we let you know as your hours are coming to the limit, and you have the option to purchase for additional hours at a set hourly rate or wait until your plan resets.

We have a process for reviewing job requests before starting them. We do this to make sure the brief is detailed enough so that we aren’t delivering something that’s very different to what you expect.

Depending on the time of day that the job is requested, we may not review it until the next business day. In addition to this, there might be questions from our side if the brief is not detailed enough, which will further delay the job from starting.

Having said that, we usually start the task that same business day.

Yes, of course. When we sign up a new client, we ask them for list of names and emails of their team members that they would like to add to the portal.

Yes, absolutely. In your subscriptions portal, you are able to cancel, upgrade or downgrade, whenever you like. We will continue working until the end of the current billing cycle.

Unfortunately we do not process refunds for time not used during a billing cycle.
