Case Study
Guadalupe Blanco
How a watershed protection organization created a website that reflected their diverse work and services.
Overview
When the Guadalupe Blanco River Authority (GBRA) wanted to more effectively communicate their work, impact, and needs, they used CODESM’s professional marketing services to create a compelling and multipurpose website. By leveraging their design and marketing skills, CODESM was able to craft a website that was aligned with GBRA’s goals and needs.
The Challenge
The GBRA provides watershed protection and management services across 7,300 square acres of the Guadalupe River Basin. They offer numerous educational resources, environmental protection services, recreational opportunities, and more, all related to the Guadalupe River Basin. In order to bring these diverse offerings together into a cohesive whole, they needed an intelligently, and beautifully, designed website with clear messaging and navigation. In order to achieve this goal, they turned to the marketing experts at CODESM.
The Approach
CODESM’s solution was to leverage their graphic design and website development expertise to create an online presence that reflected GBRA’s diversity while maintaining a cohesive look and messaging across the site.
By dividing the website into sections based on each of the services GBRA offers, CODESM was able to intuitively drive visitors to the part of the site that best applied to them. In addition, CODESM implemented colors, images, and copy across the site that were brand-specific in order to give the site a united look and feel.
Each part of the website was crafted to drive conversions and educate visitors. As a result, GBRA was able to see an uptick in visitors and engagement across their site, as people were more easily able to find what they needed.
Conclusion
CODESM’s work with GBRA resulted in a beautiful, intuitive, and streamlined website that made it easy for visitors to navigate. As a result, CODESM was able to boost engagement for GBRA among its target audiences.
